Tax Increment Financing Projects
Many taxing jurisdictions provide Tax Increment
Financing (TIF) packages on new construction.
We assist in the preparation of the financing
packages and provide projected valuation
estimates for new facilities to be constructed. In
addition, we work with local taxing authorities to
resolve any valuation issues relating to the TIF
package.
